Bio
Ryan Watts graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Police Administration. He is a native of Knott County and has lived in Eastern Kentucky all of his life. Ryan’s previous experience is in the retail industry, where he served as a Loss Prevention Manager at a Fortune 500 company. Ryan previously worked at Knott County Central High School as part of its Youth Services Center.
Ryan's experience with community engagement began in 1999 at L.K.L.P. Community Action Agency, a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of life in the communities it serves. He became an EKU Regional Outreach Agent in October 2012. Ryan serves the counties of Perry, Leslie, Harlan, Bell, and Clay. He currently resides in Hindman, Kentucky, with his wife Andrea and their son Cole.
